Mr. Chye Seng Lee has more than 20 years of educational leadership experience spearheading the use of Learning Technology for higher education with strategic management insights into innovative learning applications, hybrid learning, cloud-based eLearning infrastructure and learning continuity planning. He is currently the Director of Learning Technology and Services at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and was the former Divisional Director of Learning Technologies in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. He is a Board member of eLearning Forum Asia (eLFA), a non-profit organisation that aims to advance the application of IT in teaching and learning and sits on the Expert Panel for Educause Horizon Report Year 2025 (Teaching & Learning edition). He is a certified Business Continuity Expert (BCCE) and serves as a District Councillor at grassroots level in Singapore with active involvement in community volunteering work.
