What Sets Us Apart

Every workshop and intensive we offer is grounded in research and guided by four key pillars.

About the Facilitator

Alexandra Morgan-Kisarale, EdD (Dr. AMK) is the founder and executive director of the Social Impact Research Collective (SIRC).

With 20 years in social impact—spanning community development, global nonprofits, movement organizations, and B-Corps—including 15+ years at the intersection of technology and social change, she has trained hundreds of leaders and scaled learning programs reaching thousands of professionals across 70+ countries.

Rooted in her scholar-practitioner background, her research examines the implications of digital transformation on professional learning and identity formation, as well as the social and ethical implications of technology. She serves as adjunct faculty of leadership and innovation at NYU Steinhardt and is an industry mentor at the ATLAS Institute at CU Boulder.
