Enrollment & Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2026

At the Social Impact Research Collective (SIRC), we are committed to providing premium, transformative learning experiences and a sustainable academic community. We recognize that professional and academic schedules can shift unexpectedly. Our policy is structured to protect both your investment and our community’s operational integrity.

All refund, credit, or seat transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@sircglobal.org.

1. Annual Memberships (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)

  • The Window: We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from your initial purchase date.

  • The Terms: If you join SIRC and find the community infrastructure, resource libraries, or networks are not a fit for your journey, you may request a full refund within 14 days of subscription. After 14 days, the annual membership constitutes a full, non-refundable 12-month commitment.

2. Standalone Intensives & Workshops

Because our training cohorts are designed to preserve peer-to-peer collaboration quality and ensure high-touch instructional delivery, we apply a uniform cancellation timeline across all SIRC standalone programs:

  • 14+ Days Prior to Start Date: Registration fees are fully refundable.

  • 8 to 13 Days Prior to Start Date: Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund or a 100% credit to be applied toward a future SIRC training program within 12 months.

  • 7 Days or Less Prior to Start Date: Registrations are strictly non-refundable. If an emergency arises during this window, the enrollment is forfeited; however, seats may be eligible for a direct transfer (see Section 3).

3. Seat Transfers

If you are unable to attend a standalone intensive or workshop you registered for, you may transfer your enrollment seat to a colleague or peer at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours before the first live cohort session begins. Note: This applies to standalone training programs only and does not apply to individual Annual Memberships.

4. Program Cancellation & Postponement

In the rare event that SIRC must cancel or postpone a training program due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive an immediate, 100% full refund of their enrollment fees.
