BIOGRAPHY

Dina Bailey is a leadership advisor, organizational consultant, and facilitator of institutional courage in moments of complexity and contested public scrutiny. She is the founder and CEO of Mountain Top Vision, a consulting firm established in 2016 that primarily partners with museums and cultural nonprofits, foundations and educational organizations, and governmental entities to navigate polarization, change, and civic accountability.

Dina works with senior leaders, boards, and staffs during periods of transition, tension, and heightened public responsibility. Her work supports organizations navigating complex change, where values, power, and accountability are actively being negotiated. She focuses on strengthening leadership capacity, trust, and decision-making in real-world conditions.

She brings more than 20 years of practitioner experience, including leadership roles at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience, and the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University.
