Her research examines how faculty reviewers and admissions offices evaluate graduate applicants, particularly as external factors have changed over the years, from technology to geopolitical environments. She is interested in evidence-based admissions practices that can help improve first-year retention without compromising academic quality, as well as how technology can influence admissions practices, such as AI.
