BIOGRAPHY
Hailey L. Holt is a results-driven Program Manager with over eight years of expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, and program execution. A proud Washington, DC native, she is dedicated to creating initiatives that bring meaningful change to underserved communities.
Currently pursuing an EdD in NYU's Leadership and Innovation program, Hailey's research examines the organizational fragility and viability of Black founder-led businesses, exploring whether these enterprises can sustain and evolve beyond their founders. Her work analyzes structural barriers, market shifts, and institutional capacity as factors shaping long-term organizational survival.
Hailey holds dual degrees in Psychology and Music from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Seton Hall University. She is PMP-certified, with expertise spanning organizational development, policy analysis, and data analytics.
Her research interests include organizational fragility and viability in Black-owned enterprises, founder-centric leadership and institutional knowledge transfer, structural inequalities in entrepreneurial ecosystems, and innovation as a driver of organizational resilience.
Hailey is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and serves on the boards of a foundation and school in Washington, DC. Raised in a family that championed entrepreneurship and community impact, she continues leading with these foundational values while addressing systemic barriers facing Black entrepreneurs.
